About Us
My career as a 4th generation mechanical industry professional in the built environment started at my family’s well-established mechanical contracting company started in 1911.
Collaboratively applying over 40 years experience in planning, design review, estimating, value and constructability analysis, plus construction and project management to create quality facilities for a variety of uses and clients. Developing and maintaining relationships to make project work proceed effectively with integrity and trust.
I have worked in all aspects of construction from installing mechanical systems to estimating, coordination, value engineering, constructability review, facility assessments, and commissioning. In recent years, our work has focused on cost analysis, clean building strategies, commissioning and coordination where the goal is to help owners find better value for their projects and facilities.
Our experience includes a wide range of project types including hospitality, stadium, medical, educational, institutional, industrial, research, office, data center and exclusive residential, for private; state, federal and military clients often requiring enhanced levels of security clearance. We are committed to diversity and the development of the next generation of leaders in the building industry.
