About Us
Commissioning is a quality-focused process to verify and document that all commissioned systems and components of a building are designed, installed, tested, operated and maintained to meet the owner's project requirements (OPR). It is an important part of the building’s life cycle and provides a level of confidence to owners that their investment will be optimized for its intended use.
We bring a solution- oriented approach to your construction and facilities projects with over 40 years of experience in HVAC construction, systems and controls. We are Commissioning Authorities (CxA) certified by, and members of the AABC Commissioning Group. We work with stakeholders to coordinate your project and maximize return on investment. Our commissioning services for new and existing buildings excel where a hands-on approach is needed to ensure that the building systems are functioning properly.
